Comprehensive and continuous support through your pregnancy and the labor and delivery.
Included:

2-3 prenatal sessions

Birth preference planning

Hands-on practice for labor comfort measure

Evidence-based support and resources provided

Text and phone support throughout your pregnancy

On call from 38 weeks and on till delivery

Continuous labor/birth support (any and all kinds of birth)

Immediate postpartum support after delivery-- protecting the golden hour

1 postpartum visit included to debrief and check in
Providing support and care during the fourth trimester transition and all it encompasses.
Included:

Newborn care guidance

Aiding in the rest and recovery of the birthing parent (watching baby while parent naps, showers, etc.)

Feeding support (fed is best, and however you are doing it I'm here to support!)

Household support (light tasks such as baby laundry, sterilizing bottles, tidying up, etc.)

Emotional support (I will always meet you where you're at and hold space for you)
As a doula I can walk with you and provide support through many different experiences.

Please note: I am not currently accepting insurance as I am not able to do so until my certification is complete. I am offering my services currently on a sliding scale rate to be as accessible as possible to many families!
